Some morning everything goes right. You wake up fresh even before the alarm goes off, you look pretty in your outfit, there’s no traffic on your way to the office, your colleagues seem nice to you the whole day.
Well, most of the mornings this isn’t the case. While you can’t prevent every unfortunate a.m. situation that might come your way, experts say there are a few things you can do to encourage your mornings in that direction so you can make the most out of the rest of your day, too.
1. PLAN AHEAD:
One of the most productive things you can do to start your day on the right foot should actually happen before you go to sleep the previous day. It might not necessarily be minute by minute itinerary but you should map it out the major tasks for the day. Every night Plan your outfits for the next day, Ensure you have proper ingredients for the breakfast. These are small things that will help you out when you have ‘decision fatigue’.
2. DRINK WATER:
It is important to keep your body hydrated after a long night. This probably is the first thing you must do when you wake up.
3. MEDITATE AND YOGA:
This will help you to calm you down, slow down and focus your thinking and let inspire you to think more creatively.
4. EAT BREAKFAST:
Food is where your body gets energy — so it makes sense that starting your day with food is one of the most energizing things you can do. Our metabolism works better earlier in the day, That means that the body is better able to turn the calories you eat into energy that you can use in the morning.
5. MAKE TIME FOR THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE:
Set up a run date with a friend. Take the time to eat breakfast with your family. Call someone who makes you smile while you’re getting ready or walking to the office. Being with people you like and love can serve up a big boost to our mood and energy levels.
