AUS v ENG, Warm up game: Smith’s ton helps Australia a 12-run victory!

A few months back, A feeble Australian team took on England and was humiliated by them but it is just a memory now as Australia once again. In the recent times, the Australian player have stood up for their team and with the inclusion of Steve Smith and David Warner, they only got better.

Batting first, it was a great positive sign for the Australian team as almost everyone got starts and Steve Smith smashed a hundred. When Smith entered the field, the people called him a cheater but after the knock, he earned people’s respect and applause. That’s how you silence your critics.

For England, Moeen Ali and Ben Stokes had better economy rate but Liam Plunkett was the pick of the bowlers for his four wickets.

In return, Australian bowlers stood up when it was really needed and they managed to pull off a 12-run win despite England batters having starts with Buttler and Vince crossing the 50-run mark and Woakes scored 40 runs.

Nathan Lyon was definitely the pick of the bowler today for his excellent of 1/37 on a high scoring game.
