In what comes as a big blow for Chennai Super Kings, Dwayne Bravo is ruled out for two weeks due to Grade 1 hamstring tear.
The news was confirmed by CSK’s batting coach, Michael Hussey a day ahead of their clash against Kings XI Punjab in Chennai.
“It’s going to cause a little bit of rejigging of the team but I am sure we are going to be able to put together a very strong team. It’s a big loss but we have had these challenges in the past. Let’s hope we can do this again,” said Hussey.
After losing Lungi Ngidi, Bravo was their main death bowler and it is going to be a big blow considering the experience Bravo brings to the team.
It will interesting to see if Scott Kuggeleijn gets a game on Saturday.
