When the top two teams collide, it is definitely going to be an interesting match. One end, we have MS Dhoni and the other end it is the Chennai boy Dinesh Karthik.
Both the teams are well equipped with some of the better batsmen and well-experienced spinners. Now, that calls for a thriller match.
In fact, even the head-to-head between both the teams are very close as in 21 matches, CSK has won 12 while KKR 8 with a match being washed out.
Coming to the players, in the last match, CSK has found a good opener in the name of Faf du Plessis who will open today as well alongside Shane Watson. All eyes on Raina and Rayudu who has been struggling with the form.
Also, it will be interesting to see how MS Dhoni tackles Sunil Narine against whom he has a strike rate just over 52.
With no doubts, everyone will be keen to see how Dhoni tackles Russell. Can he control Dre Russ? Can Dre Russ conquer Chennai?
Well, the spinners will have to do the trick for CSK as the fast bowlers aren’t too reliable. Tahir will be the player to watch out for.
For KKR, Hurney has done well in the last outing and will be hoping to do better here as well. Also, with a bunch of experienced spinners, KKR looks good as well.
