Let’s not over complicate things

Love. Work. Life.

None of this is supposed to be complicated.
We are not supposed to agonize or be anxious about everything that happens in our life.

I have seen many worrying about every single thing in their life. I have seen many overanalyze things- Be it text or the expression on the interviewer’s face. We are supposed to keep things simple.

We are not supposed to feel low because it hasn’t been our day. We are not supposed to feel bad when a small thing didn’t go our way.

We are meant to understand that things sometimes happen even if we don’t like them. We are meant to feel secure about all the relationships in life. We are meant to understand that fight is not the end of a relationship. We are meant to recognize our goal, work towards it. We are meant to find out a positive force that can get us through all the crappy works. We are meant to put efforts to keep both the work and relationships alive.

We are meant to hold on things, let go a few, forget and forgive.

We are supposed to understand that it’s not meant to be easy, but it’s also not meant to be as complicated as so many of us make it. Things in our life are exceedingly simple. If we don’t feel the same, then we are complicating it.

If doing anything brings you more anxiety and stress instead of happiness and peace of mind, then you are overcomplicating it.

Remember to tell yourself, what matters is you. Remember to tell yourself, you are bigger than your problems. Remember to tell yourself, you can do this.

One day, things will fall in places. Make sure, you don’t kill yourself worrying.
