Match 8: SRH v RR | Preview

The last year finalists Sunrisers will try to regroup as their captain Kane Williamson is fit to play the match.

Talking about SRH, it will be interesting to see whom Kane replaces in the team. Also, Warner had a great first game but unfortunately on a losing cause and he might well try to change that. Will Bairstow opens with Warner is a big question mark.

All-rounder Vijay Shankar has proved his utility value in the first game with his new-found confidence which is a major plus.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar struggled a lot lately and it will be a major test for him to perform well.

On the other hand, Rahane’s team chocked poorly after holding the upper hand in the first game and now they have to put the controversy behind and move on to win matches.

The form of Buttler once again is a great plus but the team cannot rely on him alone considering the talent the team has.

Steve Smith will be the darkhorse for the team as he tries to get back to the Australian team and he will face Warner who is in the same position as well.

A lot depends on Jofra Archer and Dhawal Kulkarni. Rahane will hope that his spinners come handy as well.

Overall, it is going to be an entertaining contest.
