Former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar was one of the senior commentators in the BCCI panel. Recently, it was reported that he was removed from the panel.
While the fans are separated about his axe, Sanjay Manjrekar took to social media to react about the same.
“I have always considered commentary as a great privilege, but never an entitlement. It is up to my employers whether they choose to have me or not & I will always respect that. Maybe BCCI has not been happy with my performance of late. I accept that as a professional,” he wrote on Twitter on Sunday.

Manjrekar has been accused of being biased towards Mumbai players many times. He once called Jadeja as ‘Bits and Pieces’ player and he had a fight with Harsha Bhogle as well. This might not have gone well with the BCCI or who knows it could be his comments on the protest against CAA.
